Обоснование: ⓘ Это УСТАРЕВШИЙ составной SPDX-идентификатор «GNU GPL v2.0 с исключением Classpath» (современная форма — «GPL-2.0-only WITH Classpath-exception-2.0»). Канонический текст в каталоге SPDX по этому id — лишь ЗАГЛУШКА («вставьте сюда текст лицензии GPL v2») + текст самого исключения Classpath; полный обязывающий текст см. на странице GPL-2.0-only плюс Classpath-exception-2.0. По существу: это GPL-2.0 (сильный copyleft) С исключением Classpath, которое СНИМАЕТ ограничение GPL на линковку — разрешает связывать GPL-библиотеку с независимыми модулями и распространять исполняемый файл на ваших условиях (по эффекту ≈ LGPL). ОДНАКО сама библиотека и ваши изменения В НЕЙ остаются под GPL-2.0 (исходники этих частей нужно раскрывать). → РИСК: использование как готовой библиотеки (без правки её исходников) обычно приемлемо; модификации тянут GPL. Исключение Class Path
