Художественная лицензия (The Artistic License)

Преамбула

Цель настоящего документа — установить условия, на которых может копироваться Пакет, так чтобы Правообладатель сохранял некоторую видимость художественного контроля над развитием пакета, предоставляя при этом пользователям пакета право использовать и распространять Пакет более или менее привычным образом, а также право вносить разумные изменения.

Определения:

«Пакет» означает совокупность файлов, распространяемых Правообладателем, и производные от этой совокупности файлов, созданные путём текстового изменения.

«Стандартная версия» означает такой Пакет, если он не был изменён или был изменён в соответствии с пожеланиями Правообладателя.
